POPEYE’S BERRY SMOOTHIE

Sometimes, a smoothie is the easiest way for me to get greens  into my little lady. This is a really thick smoothie, so you can thin it down with as much milk as you like. Another great thing about this recipe is how simple it is to make!

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen berries
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup orange juice
½ cup whole milk
¼ cup fresh spinach

Method:

• Put all of you ingredients in your blender or smoothie maker….. and blend until smooth!
